Most of our knowledge about the products we sell come from experience.  Recently our son, Colton, has been spending a lot of time on the ice catching fish.  Mostly blue gill, and a few crappie.  It seems, for as much as Colton and his friends love to fish, there is always that daunting task of filleting them.  In the following video, Colton explains and proves how nice the 6" Inox blade fillet knife is to get the job done at all hours of the day and night and for just a few fish or an entire sink full!
